"Not discreet at all"
I just got my order the packaging was not discreet at all. The label pretty much gave away what it was, which made the whole thing really awkward. Maybe I’m extra annoyed because it just happened, but I definitely wouldn’t order again after this

"Nice at first, but it didn’t hold up"
When I first got this bra, I thought it was comfortable and the fit was fine. But after just a few washes, the fabric started getting loose and one of the straps felt stretched out. For the price, I expected it to last longer. The cute look ended up feeling kind of unnecessary when the quality wasn’t there. It’s not the worst, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

"I expected a lot more for what I..."
I expected a lot more for what I paid. The bra looked really nice online, so I was excited to try it, but once it arrived it just felt kind of average. Not terrible, but definitely not the quality I thought I was getting for the price.
I’ve bought similar ones for less that held up better, so this feels hit or miss to me. Maybe it works great for some people, but I didn’t feel like the value was there. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the prices came way down

"Sizing felt way off"
Fit was just weird on me. Cups ran too small, so it didn’t work.
"Delivery took way longer than expected"
Delivery was a lot slower than I thought it would be. I ended up waiting past the time they showed, and the updates weren’t really helpful either. Not the worst thing ever, but yeah, annoying tbh...

"Shipping Was Kind of Hit or Miss"
The product part was fine, but the shipping experience was hit or miss. The cost felt way too high, and after I checked out, the tracking barely updated at all. I was left guessing where my order was most of the time.

"Returns were honestly such a hassle"
Umm, returning my bra ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. The whole process felt confusing and really slow, and trying to sort out an exchange was even worse. I had to keep chasing for updates, and it didn’t really feel like anyone was helping much. It took way too long for something that should’ve been simple. I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Refund process dragged on too long"
I asked for a refund and expected it to be straightforward, but it ended up taking way longer than it should have. The replies were slow, and when I did hear back, I didn’t feel like I was getting much actual help. It made the whole experience more frustrating than the original issue, and it kind of reminded me how important clear communication is when a customer’s already disappointed...

"Not a lot to pick from, honestly"
I went on brasandhoney.com looking for a couple of specific lingerie brands, but the selection was lacking. A bunch of sizes and styles were either missing or out of stock, so that’s kind of on them if people can’t actually find what they came for. It might be fine if you just need something basic, but if you want real choice, I’d look elsewhere.

"Customer service never really got back to me"
I tried reaching out about my order and basically got nowhere. I waited a few days hoping for a clear update, but the replies were either useless or didn’t come at all. It’s really frustrating when you just want to know what’s going on, and it made me start wondering if there were some extra fees or issues they weren’t being upfront about. Not a great experience
